By booking a trip with AFS, participants agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs. Participants who prefer that their images not to be used are asked to identify themselves to Jean-Christophe Barré prior to departure. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT: Each participant must fill out a register form. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure a spot. We accept payment certified checks, credit card or debit card via PayPal online for your deposit. Trip must be paid in full 3 weeks before departure or before May 24th 2019. CANCELLATION/REFUND: If you need to cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the scheduled trip dates, you will forfeit your deposit. We regret that any cancellations within 30 days or less are subject to a cancellation fee in the full amount of 100% of the trip. Fees are completely non-refundable and non-transferable. There is no exception to cancellation policy including weather, transportation issues or personal emergencies, but you might want to consider buying directly a trip insurance cancellation. CHANGES: Prices are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes. AFS reserves the right to increase trip prices to cover increased costs, tariffs, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. AFS takes good care to ensure the accuracy of the itinerary, however circumstances beyond our control may necessitate changes to tour content and changes in tour dates.
